Meet One of Our R&D Chemists: Jeffrey S. Reynolds

Meet Jeffrey Reynolds, our Director of R&D and QA/QC and in-house expert for turning bold ideas into real, market-ready products.

Jeffrey comes from a pharmaceutical R&D background, bringing a wealth of experience in Rx (NDA/ANDA), OTC, Cx, small molecules, biologics, proteins and cosmetic product development. He’s a hands-on leader who thrives at every stage of the process from concept to launch.

As our Director of R&D and QA/QC, Jeffrey strategically leads our corporate R&D and quality teams. He coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure products launch on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. He identified the need for and implemented processes for product development, material qualification, and change control. In just six months, he rebuilt our R&D team while successfully delivering three new products to market in that same timeframe.

Jeffrey is also deeply involved in business development and client initiatives, acting as a bridge between your ideas and our operational execution. But what really sets him apart is his approach to mentoring and collaboration. He thrives on working with clients, helping teams solve problems, refine processes, and push boundaries.
