Filling Capabilities

  • 4 Sachet filling lines
  • 3 Tub filling lines
    • Range from 8oz fil to 3lb fill
    • Twist ties/quick locks, Flexpack, scoops, pack out

Compounding Capabilities

  • 5 V-blenders, 2 Grinders
    • Ranging from 55cu. ft.- 75cu. ft.
    • Dry and wet (oil) capability
    • All blenders run off Allen Bradley PLC’s, Specific recipes entered in PLC to drive mixing times.

Our Coolidge, AZ CMO Facility

We are continually upgrading and expanding our capabilities. Today, our facility provides high volume production for bleach tubs, packets, sachets, depilatory, liquid developer and bleach kits.
